Terms of Service

§ 1 Acceptance

By accessing savoireai.vercel.app or any application operated by Sooban Talha Technologies under the Savoiré AI name, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the dashboard, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed. Your continued use of Savoiré AI after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

§ 2 What Savoiré AI is

Savoiré AI is a premium AI study workspace — a Software-as-a-Service product that generates study material (Notes, Flashcards, Quiz, Summary, Mind Map and the Mega Bundle) using a multi-model AI orchestration layer called Mesh API.

It is developed and operated by Sooban Talha Technologies, founded by Sooban Talha. Our tagline: Study less. Know everything.

§ 3 Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age, or have the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Savoiré AI.
• You may sign in with Google (Firebase Authentication) or with email + password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome credits is prohibited. Account deletion uses a 3-step confirmation flow to prevent accidental or exploitative deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, generate illegal or harmful content, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with other users.

§ 4 Credits & payments

Savoiré AI uses a credit system. The current pack offerings and prices (inclusive of GST) are published in the dashboard under Settings → Buy Credits and on our marketing pages. As of the date of these Terms:

How credits are charged

• Credits are calculated as (input characters + output characters) ÷ 4 multiplied by a per-tool factor (Notes 1.0×, Summary 0.6×, Flashcards 1.2×, Quiz 1.1×, Mind Map 1.3×, Mega Bundle 2.8×).
• A minimum of 500 credits is required to start a generation. If a generation fails server-side, no credits are deducted.
• All pack credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We may extend validity for promotional packs at our discretion.

Payments

• All payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator with PCI DSS Level 1 certification.
• Supported instruments: UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, NetBanking, Wallets. Razorpay deducts its standard fee (≈2% + GST) before settlement to our bank via NEFT / IMPS in T+2 / T+3 working days.
• We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.

Refunds

• Credits that have been used to generate content are non-refundable. Once consumed, the output is yours but the credits are spent.
• Unused credits on a freshly purchased pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, minus Razorpay processing fees, by writing to our support email. We process eligible refunds within 7 working days.

§ 5 Acceptable use

• Use Savoiré AI for lawful study and learning purposes only.
• Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the service, or to bypass rate limits, quotas or other access controls.
• Do not resell or sub-license credits, accounts or generated content as a competing service.
• Generated content is created with a state-of-the-art model orchestrated through Mesh API. It is tested to under 1% error across 1,500+ benchmark generations, but it may contain mistakes. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources for exams, medical, legal or financial decisions.

§ 6 Intellectual property

• The Savoiré AI product, brand, logo, design, code and copy are © Sooban Talha Technologies, all rights reserved.
• You own the study material generated for your personal learning use. You may export, copy and share it for non-commercial study purposes (for example, with classmates or tutors).
• Generated content must not be presented as your own original researched work where academic-integrity rules require disclosure of AI assistance. Plagiarism policies of your institution always apply.
• You retain ownership of the topic and any source material you submit; you grant us a limited, revocable licence to process it for the purpose of generating your study material.

§ 7 AI accuracy & warranty

Savoiré AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We design, test and operate the service with care, and we benchmark it to under 1% error across 1,500+ test generations. However, no AI is perfect, and the underlying model output is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim, or (b) INR 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, marks or reputation.

§ 8 Privacy

Your use of Savoiré AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it lives (Firebase Firestore, Mumbai region), who the sub-processors are (Firebase, Razorpay, Mesh API, Vercel, optional Resend), and how to exercise your rights (export, delete, sign out).

§ 9 Changes & termination

• We may add, change or remove features, credit-pack prices, or third-party sub-processors at any time. Changes to the credit system will not retroactively affect credits you have already purchased.
• We may suspend or terminate the service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practical (for example, for planned maintenance or where required by law).
• We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including by abusing credits, generating prohibited content, or attempting to compromise the service.
• You may stop using the service at any time. You may also delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account (3-step confirmation).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
